TraefikEE Beta User Agreements | Containous

Before the first official release of TraefikEE, Containous will release BETA versions which can be recognized from the word ‘Beta’ in the version name (e.g. Traefikee-1.0.0-Beta10). Please note that the BETA versions of TraefikEE must still undergo final testing before the official release. Containous recommends users to refrain from using any BETA version of TraefikEE in a production environment.

TraefikEE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Containous does not give any warranties, whether express or implied, as to the suitability or usability of TraefikEE, its functionalities or any of its content. Containous will not be liable for any loss, whether such loss is direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered by any party as a result of their use of TraefikEE, its functionalities or any of its content. Any use of TraefikEE, its functionalities or any of its content is done at the user’s own risk and the user will be solely responsible for any damage that results from such activities.

The Beta Tester agrees to report any flaws, errors or imperfections discovered in TraefikEE where the Beta Tester has been granted access to the Beta Test on the Containous support platform (

Containous will provide an access to this platform to the Beta Tester in order to allow Beta Tester to provide all needed feedbacks.

The Beta Tester understands that prompt and accurate reporting is the purpose of the Beta Test and will provide frequent reports on all aspects of the product, both positive and negative, and acknowledges that any improvements, modifications, and changes arising from or in connection with the Beta Tester contribution to the Project, remain or become the exclusive property of the Disclosing Party.

During the participation of the Beta Tester, Containous is not obligated to provide the Beta Tester with any maintenance, technical, or other support for the BETA version. If, at Containous’ option, such support is provided, the Beta Tester agrees to abide by the support rules and policies that Containous provides to the Beta Tester in order to receive such support. The Beta Tester acknowledges that Containous has no expressed or implied obligation to announce or make available a commercial version of TraefikEE to anyone in the future. Should a commercial version be made available, it may have features or functionalities that are different from those found in the BETA version.

The Beta Tester acknowledges and agrees that, by participating in the Beta Program or by using the Beta Software, Containous may receive certain information about the Beta Tester, including personally identifiable information (company, email, orchestrator used) and the Beta Tester hereby consent to Containous collection, use, and disclosure of such information in accordance with the privacy policy

This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and all other terms are rejected. No waiver or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing signed by each party. The waiver of a breach of any term hereof shall in no way be construed as a waiver of any term or other breach hereof. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Beta Tester is entitled to access, download or install, and operate TraefikEE solely for the purposes of performing Beta Tester obligations under this Agreement. Beta Tester may not sell, license, or transfer TraefikEE, or reproductions of TraefikEE to other parties In any way. Unless otherwise terminated as specified under this Agreement. Licensee’s rights with respect to the Beta Software will terminate upon the earlier of (a) the initial commercial release by Containous of a generally available version of the Beta Software or (b) automatic expiration of the Beta Software based on the system date. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason or no reason by providing the other party advance written notice thereof. Containous shall immediately terminate this Agreement and any Licensee rights with respect to the Beta Software without notice in the event of improper disclosure of Containous’ Beta Software.

Upon any expiration or termination of this Agreement, the rights and licenses granted to Licensee under this Agreement shall immediately terminate, and Licensee shall immediately cease using, and will return to Containous, the Beta Software and all other tangible items in Licensee’s possession or control that are proprietary to or contain Confidential Information.
